Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Vyrio (“Vyrio”, “we”, “us”) at vyrio.ai and related services (the “Service”). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. The Service

Vyrio is an AI tool that turns viral short-form reels into your own ads — it face-swaps your likeness into an opening hook, rewrites the line, adds captions, and produces a post-ready video. AI output is generated automatically and provided “as is”; we do not guarantee any particular result, performance, or “virality.”

2. Your account

You must provide accurate information and are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your credentials secure. You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.

3. Plans, credits, and billing

• The Service is sold as monthly subscription plans that grant a balance of credits. Each generation (face-swap, hook video, analysis, and so on) draws from your balance.
• Subscriptions renew automatically each month until cancelled. You can cancel anytime from your billing settings; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
• Payments are processed by Stripe. Prices are shown at checkout and may change with notice.
• Failed generations are automatically refunded to your credit balance. Subscription fees are otherwise non-refundable except where required by law. Purchased credit top-ups and testimonial rewards roll over; monthly plan credits reset each billing cycle.

4. Your content and rights you grant

You retain ownership of the photos, videos, and other material you upload (“Your Content”) and of the reels you generate. You grant us a limited license to store, process, and transmit Your Content to our AI providers solely to operate the Service. If you submit a testimonial or opt in to featuring, you grant us a license to use it in our marketing.

Synthetic avatars: when you generate an avatar — a fully synthetic face created from a text description, not from an uploaded photo — and select it for a project, that avatar image is added to Vyrio’s shared avatar library, where other users can browse it and use it in their own reels. Photos and videos of real people that you upload are never shared this way.

5. Acceptable use and likeness

You agree that you will not use the Service to:

• Upload or face-swap a person’s likeness without their consent. You represent that you have all rights and permissions needed for every face, voice, brand, and product you upload.
• Create content that is illegal, deceptive, defamatory, hateful, sexually explicit, or that impersonates others.
• Infringe anyone’s intellectual property, publicity, or privacy rights.
• Reverse-engineer, scrape, overload, or abuse the Service, or resell it without permission.

Trending reels shown in the Service are used only as a structural reference for the hook. Vyrio does not reuse the original creator’s footage — it generates a new clip with your face and product. You are responsible for ensuring your finished content complies with applicable laws and platform rules.

6. Intellectual property

The Service, including its software, design, and branding, is owned by Vyrio and protected by law. These Terms do not grant you any rights to our trademarks or code.

7. Termination

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or create risk for us or other users. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will survive.

8. Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, to the maximum extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that AI output will meet your expectations.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Vyrio will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, and our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Vyrio is established, without regard to conflict of law rules. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction.

11. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted here with an updated date. Continued use of the Service means you accept the revised Terms.
