This Privacy Policy explains how Vyrio (“Vyrio”, “we”, “us”) collects, uses, and shares information when you use vyrio.ai and our related services (the “Service”). By using the Service you agree to this policy.
Information we collect
- Account information. When you sign up, we collect your email address and name. If you sign in with Google, we receive your name, email, and profile image from Google.
- Content you provide. Photos, videos, reel links (URLs), product details, captions, and other material you upload or paste to generate reels.
- Payment information. Subscriptions and credit purchases are processed by Stripe. We do not store your full card number — Stripe handles payment data. We retain your plan, credit balance, and billing history.
- Usage and device data. How you use the Service, plus standard technical data (IP address, browser, device) and cookies.
- Testimonials. If you choose to submit a testimonial, information you provide on our testimonial form (via Testimonial.to).
How we use your information
- To provide, operate, and improve the Service, including generating your reels.
- To process payments, manage subscriptions and credits, and issue refunds.
- To authenticate you and keep your account secure.
- To communicate with you about your account, updates, and support.
- To measure and improve our marketing, including advertising analytics.
How your content is processed
To generate a reel, your uploaded media and prompts are sent to third-party AI providers that perform face-swapping, image and video generation, transcription, and analysis. This processing is necessary to deliver the Service. We do not claim ownership of your inputs or outputs, and we do not sell your content.
Service providers we share data with
We share information with vendors who process it on our behalf, only as needed to run the Service:
- Stripe — payment processing.
- Google — sign-in (OAuth).
- Cloudflare R2 — media storage and delivery.
- AI providers (including fal.ai, Anthropic, and Google) — reel generation, analysis, and captioning.
- Testimonial.to — testimonial collection.
- Meta (Facebook) — advertising measurement via the Meta Pixel.
We may also disclose information if required by law or to protect our rights and users.
Cookies and advertising
We use essential cookies to keep you signed in. We also use the Meta Pixel to measure the effectiveness of our advertising and understand how visitors reach us. You can control cookies through your browser settings and opt out of interest-based advertising through your ad-platform settings.
Data retention
We keep your account information and content for as long as your account is active and as needed to provide the Service. You can delete generated reels at any time. When you close your account, we delete or de-identify your personal data within a reasonable period, except where we must retain it for legal, tax, or fraud-prevention reasons.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, export, or delete your personal data, and to object to certain processing. To exercise these rights, email us at support@vyrio.ai. We honor applicable rights under the GDPR and CCPA.
Security
We use industry-standard measures to protect your data, including encryption in transit and encrypted storage of sensitive credentials. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, but we work to protect your information.
Children
The Service is not directed to anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect data from children.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. We will post the new version here and update the “Last updated” date. Continued use of the Service after changes means you accept the updated policy.
